Vinyasa yoga classes involve linking several yoga poses together to create flexibility, endurance & balance. Our Yoga Fit classes work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgment & non-competition for our students.

Body Pump All Levels One Hour

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-min workout challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises. Great music & your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!!

Water Aerobics All Levels One Hour

This aqua class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness & overall strength & flexibility while minimizing stress on the body. Begin with cardio training then strengthen & tone muscles for the remainder of the class.

RPM All Levels 45 Minutes

RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.

Cardio Dance All Levels One Hour

Dance your way to fitness! This dance-based cardio class incorporates a wide variety of medum & low-impact aerobic dance moves to a variety of high-energy beats. Ends with strength moves & ab work.

PIYO All Levels One Hour

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle-big or small.
