Class Descriptions

YOGA

Vinyasa yoga classes involve linking several yoga poses together to create flexibility, endurance & balance. Our Yoga Fit classes work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgment & non-competition for our students.

DURATION: One Hour     LEVEL: All Levels

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-min workout challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises. Great music & your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!!                                                                  

DURATION: One Hour    LEVEL: Intermediate to Advanced

WATER AEROBICS

This aqua class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness & overall strength & flexibility while minimizing stress on the body. Begin with cardio training then strengthen & tone muscles for the remainder of the class.

DURATION: One Hour     LEVEL: All Levels

BASIC TRAINING

Basic Training incorporates the hard work of a military-style boot camp. This class is a true strength & conditioning program. We'll challenge your cardiovascular endurance as well as your balance & coordination. No choreography to follow. You never know what to expect when you come to this class!

DURATION: One Hour   LEVEL: Intermediate to Advanced

ZUMBA

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that will have you moving to the best Latin & hip-hop tunes.

AQUA ZUMBA

THE "Pool Party" for ALL ages! Water based workouts that integrate your favorite Zumba moves in the pool.

DURATION: One Hour   LEVEL: All Levels

ARMS & ABS

15 min. of arm work and 15 min. of ab work.
