YOGA
Vinyasa yoga classes involve linking several yoga poses together to create flexibility, endurance & balance. Our Yoga Fit classes work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgment & non-competition for our students.

PILATES
A class focusing on strengthening the core muscles. Pilates will help you lengthen & tone your muscles without stress to your joints & teaches your mind & body to work together to achieve overall fitness.

BODYPUMP
BODYPUMP is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-min workout challenges all the major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises. Great music & your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast!!

BASIC TRAINING
Basic Training incorporates the hard work of a military-style boot camp. This class is a true strength & conditioning program. We'll challenge your cardiovascular endurance as well as your balance & coordination. No choreography to follow. You never know what to expect when you come to this class!

WATER AEROBICS
This aqua class is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness & overall strength & flexibility while minimizing stress on the body. Begin with cardio training then strengthen & tone muscles for the remainder of the class.

ZUMBA
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance fitness class that will have you moving to the best Latin & hip-hop tunes.

STEP AEROBICS
An excellent fat burner that includes lower body conditioning. Using a height adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step. Abdominal work follows the cardio segment of the class.

CARDIO KICK
This one-hour aerobic fitness class combines basic aerobic moves with kick and punch sequences for a kicken' workout. Balance and strength training at the end will give you an all over workout!
